KATHMANDU, AUGUST 1

Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli is set to visit Turkmenistan on August 3 to lead Nepal's delegation to the Third UN Conference on Landlocked Developing Countries (LLDC3), scheduled from August 5 to 8 in Awaza.

The visit comes at the invitation of Turkmen President Serdar Berdimuhamedov and UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres.

PM Oli, Chair of the Global Coordination Bureau of Least Developed Countries, will deliver statements in both national and bureau capacities, co-chair a high-level roundtable, and hold bilateral meetings with global leaders.

He will be accompanied by his spouse Radhika Shakya, Chief Adviser Bishnu Prasad Rimal, MP Surya Bahadur Thapa Kshetree, and senior government officials. The delegation will return on August 8.
