The government has made public the property details of Prime Minister Balendra Shah and members of the Council of Ministers following a Cabinet decision.

The Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers released the disclosures on Sunday evening, stating that the details are available on its official website.

According to the disclosures, Prime Minister Shah has reported inherited gold holdings under his spouse's name, while also listing income earned through social media platforms. Family-owned properties have been declared in Kathmandu, Dhanusha and Mahottari.

Finance Minister Swarnim Wagle has declared multiple houses and apartments, with foreign employment cited as a primary source of income. His assets include bank deposits, gold holdings and investments in hydropower projects and a development bank.

Home Minister Sudan Gurung has reported landholdings in Dhankuta, along with inherited properties in Chitwan and Gorkha. He has also disclosed significant investments in the stock market and gold.

Foreign Minister Shishir Khanal has listed family-owned properties in Kathmandu and other districts, along with cash, gold and share investments.

Energy, Water Resources and Irrigation Minister Biraj Bhakta Shrestha has declared gold, silver, bank savings and share investments, along with property registered under family members.

Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs Minister Sobita Gautam has reported houses in Kathmandu and Chitwan, bank savings, outstanding loans and holdings of gold, silver and diamond.

Women, Children and Senior Citizens Minister Sita Badi has disclosed limited assets, including livestock, household items, bank savings and jewellery received during marriage.

Physical Infrastructure and Transport Minister Sunil Lamsal has declared bank deposits, landholdings in multiple districts, and gold and silver assets.

Federal Affairs and General Administration Minister Pratibha Rawal has listed property in Kathmandu and Bara, along with savings, gold holdings, a vehicle and outstanding loans.

Agriculture and Livestock Development Minister Geeta Chaudhary has reported modest savings, gold and silver holdings, and small-scale livestock assets.

Industry, Commerce and Supplies Minister Gauri Kumari Yadav has declared landholdings in Kathmandu and Mahottari, substantial gold and silver assets, and investments worth over Rs 33.8 million.

Health and Population Minister Nisha Mehta has listed family-owned property, bank savings, gold and silver, share investments and a vehicle.

Education, Science and Technology Minister Sasmit Pokharel has listed properties owned by his parents in Kathmandu, Lalitpur, Morang, gold and silver assets, along with his savings.

Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation Minister Khadak Raj Paudel has reported property in Pokhara, inherited land, gold and silver, along with bank deposits and loans.

Communication and Information Technology Minister Bikram Timilsina has declared a house in Kathmandu under his spouse's name, along with savings and jewellery acquired through income and inheritance.

Labour, Employment and Social Security Minister Ramji Yadav has reported inherited property in Saptari, along with gold, silver and bank deposits.

The disclosures are part of the government's transparency measures requiring public officials to declare their assets.
