POKHARA: Janapriya Multiple Campus in Pokhara is all set to offer Bachelor in Mountain Tourism Management (BMTM) course.
“The move aims to contribute to the holistic development of mountain tourism,” said the campus Chief Biranji Gautam at a press conference organised here on Saturday to inform about the new programme. “It is a four-year semester-wise programme.”
Speaking at the event, Prof Dr Ramesh Raj Kunwar said the BMTM, which he said is appropriate to Nepal's geography, would help manage mountain tourism.
The campus, which has a total of 4550 students at present, offers various programmes in humanities, managements, education, science and technology.
