POKHARA: Police on Saturday arrested a man in Dhampus on counts of luring a prepubescent child into performing fellatio.

According to police, the accused, 43-year-old Baikuntha Bhandari of Dhampus in Machhapuchhre Rural Municipality lured a five-year-old boy who had gone to his store in pretext of giving the latter a chocolate and indulged in gross sexual misconduct.

Law enforcement officer arrested Bhandari and initiated legal actions against him  after locals filed a complaint following the incident, Deputy Superintendent of Police Rabindra Man Gurung said.
