HETAUNDA: Police said on Friday that they have nabbed a man in possession of Nine grams of brown sugar from Hetaunda of Makawanpur.

The detainee has been identified as 29-year-old Dil Bahadur Tamang, a permanent resident of Ratnanagar-9 in Chitwan.

Police said Tamang was arrested during a regular check at a check point in Ratomato, Hetaunda-17 by a team of police deployed from Pashupatinagar Area Police Office.

Tamang was travelling on a bus (Na 4 Kha 8230) to Hetaunda from Birgunj when police nabbed him with the drug.

Further investigation into the incident is underway, said police.
