RAUTAHAT: The police on Saturday morning cleared the obstructions created by locals of Bhediyahi, Rautahat on the Birendra Highway and resumed transportation. The locals had halted vehicular movement demanding the release of the students who were held on charges of manhandling the principal of a local secondary school. The police had detained Feroz Allam and Sheikh Mustak on assault charges on Friday.
