At least 100 Indian rights activists and intellectuals are to visit Nepal as observers for the CA polls. The team, Bharat Janaekta Manch, will reach Kathmandu by April 5, said Laxman Panta, issuing a release on behalf of the manch. The team will comprise followers of socialist movement, leftist intellectuals, advocates, professors, independent analysts and journalists, the release added.
