KATHMANDU: The National Reconstruction Authority (NRA) is preparing to take post-quake reconstruction into socio-economic restoration phase, Chief Executive Officer, Sushil Gyewali said.

NRA CEO Gyewali shared the information during an interaction with the officials from World Bank.

He also informed that the Act related to post-quake reconstruction is in the phase of an amendment.

"As per the new provisions, chairperson of quake-hit rural municipalities and municipalities will coordinate with the reconstruction committee," Gyewali added.
