President Ramchandra Paudel has issued four different ordinances as recommended by the Council of Ministers.
In accordance with the Article 114 (1) of the Nepal Constitution, President Paudel on Monday issued Ordinance outlined to amend some Nepal Acts relating to promoting Good Governance and Public Service Delivery, 2081, Ordinance relating to Economic Procedure and Fiscal Responsibility (First Amendment), 2081, Ordinance relating to Privatization (First Amendment), 2081 and Ordinance designed to amend some Nepal Acts relating to Improving Economic and Business Environment and Enhancing Investment, 2081, the Office of the President informed.
