DHANGADHI: Unified CPN (Maoist) has withdrawn its decision of barring the vehicles of even press and human rights defenders during its Kailali bandh from this afternoon. Issuing a statement today, Maoist Kailali district secretary Hari Chaudhari Utsab stated that the vehicles of press and human rights activists would be allowed to ply in course of the bandh.
