KATHMANDU: Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba has complimented the people of India for their achievements in 70 years of independence and stated that Nepal has benefitted tremendously from its ties with India.

He said this at a reception hosted at India House on Thursday to celebrate 70 years of India’s Independence. PM Deuba added that his government attached high importance to further strengthening Nepal-India relations.
