Principals held for illegal entry

Lahan, March 28:
On the second day of the School Leaving Certificate examination, three school principals were arrested today for their unauthorised entry into the examination centre at Siraha Campus. A District Education Office (DEO) source said that those arrested are Puleshwor Yadav of Aurahi Secondary School, Ram Prasad Mukhiya of Laxmipur Secondary School and Shashi Shekhar Goit of Las Secondary School. The DEO added that four teachers were also relieved from supervision as they had tried to help some students. It added that one student is in judicial custody for misconduct. It also informed that a visually-impaired and a mentally challenged student were also witting their exams. A Damauli prisoner is also appearing for the exam while one of the examinees has been bereaved. The DEO informed that 61 students remained absent for Nepali paper today.
