CHITWAN, JULY 23

Minister of Forests and Environment Pradeep Yadav has said that the ministry will take initiative to resolve the problems faced by the Madi community due to Chitwan National Park.

He said this today after inspecting the under-construction Postal Road, underground electrification and construction work on bridges and other structures.

Work on the Postal Road has been currently halted and Minister Yadav asserted that the halted work would resume soon. Bharatpur metropolis Mayor Renu Dahal, who accompanied the minister in the course of inspection, said during the inspection, Minister Yadav instructed the bodies concerned to start work pronto.
