KATHMANDU: The ad hoc committee of the Social Welfare Council (SWC) Employees’ Association on Wednesday locked up the council and its branch offices to protest the reinstatement of Dr Prabha Basnet as its member secretary. The employees locked up Bhrikuti Mandap Managing Committee Office, Ratna Bal Kosh, Aishwarya Sahayata Kosh and Apangata Sahayata Kosh, according to Yadav Dahal, assistant director of the council.
