Province 7 Cabinet holds discussions on four bills
DHANGADHI: The Provincial Cabinet meeting of Province 7 has held discussions on four bills on Thursday.
The Meeting held at the Office of the Chief Minister and Council of Ministers held discussions on a bill forwarded by Ministry for Internal Affairs and Law and three bills forwarded for evaluation by Ministry for Economic Affairs and Planning.
According to Province Spokesperson and Law Minister Prakash Shah, the cabinet has endorsed a bill pertaining to chief attorney’s rights, scope of works, duties and facilities.
Likewise, the Ministry for Economic Affairs and Planning had forwarded Province Economic Work Procedure Bill 2074 for approval. The ministry has decided to agree in principle to the Public Procurement Bill put forth by the ministry, added Shah.
“The cabinet has decided to take the bills to Provincial Assembly slated on March 31 for endorsement,” Shah informed.
Similarly, the cabinet has also decided to introduce a provisional budget within a week.
