DHANGADI: A meeting of the Council of Ministers of Province 7 decided to provide Rs 5 lakh each in relief to the families of Maya BK, Nirmala Panta and Shani Khuna. Nirmala and Maya had been murdered following rape.

While the body of Nirmala, 13, of Bhimdattanagar was found in a sugarcane field on July 27, Maya of Gauriganga Municipality was murdered on June 26. Shani, 14, of Bhimdattanagar lost his life in police firing in the course of  agitation over the Nirmala murder case on Friday.
