Hetauda, May 30
Minister for Internal Affairs and Law Shalikram Jamakattel of Province 3 today said they could not give adequate business to the Provincial Assembly due to lack of necessary laws.
Speaking at a training programme organised by the ministry in Hetauda, Minister Jamakattel said, “Lawmakers have started complaining about lack of business at the PA. We have challenges facing us in making laws to provide sufficient business to lawmakers,” he stated.
Jamakattel said his government would have to start work on prosperity and development from the beginning of the new fiscal.
“People will not spare us if we fail to work for their prosperity in the new fiscal,” Jamakattel warned.
He said they were facing obstacles in functioning properly due to lack of laws in the province.
Minister Jamakattel directed employees to stay focused on making laws enabling them to speed up development of the province.
