NAWALPARASI: Minister for Labour and Employment Dipak Bohara on Monday said that publicity of the new Constitution on a positive note is needed at the moment.

At a programme organised to disseminate information about the recently-promulgated constitution in Nawalparasi today, Bohara said that the Constitution, approved by 90 per cent of the Constituent Assembly members, has ensured rights of all. He added that Constitution is flexible to changes if there were some shortcomings.

Bohara, who is also the Minister for Commerce, condemned the negative publicity of the Constitution being held claiming that the charter has diminished the rights of the Mahdesi communities.

Bohara also informed that the government is conducting the nationwide publicity campaign to clear such misinterpretation regarding the new Constitution.
