Rai finds govt positive for talks
BANEPA: The Federal Socialist Forum-Nepal senior leader Ashok Kumar Rai has said that the government was positive for dialogues.
Leader Rai, who was here to attend a protest programme organised by his party in Dhulikhel today, said the Prime Minister had appealed for talks.
He, however, expressed doubt over the presence of UML leaders in the talks.
He also said withdrawal of the decision to mobilise army, enforcement of agreements reached in the past, martyr status to those who died in the movement were the conditions for talks.
Rai maintained that there was no alternative to dialogues.
