KATHMANDU: Chairman of Rastriya Prajatantra  Party–Nepal Kamal Thapa nominated Rajendra Lingden and Dhawal Shumsher  Rana as general secretaries of the party, stated a press release issued  by the party here on Sunday. Lingden is a resident of Jhapa and Rana is a  resident of Banke district. Kamal Thapa nominated these two leaders as  General Secretaries as per the party’s statute, the release added.
