Rana wants RPP in government

Kathmandu, November 13:

Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) chairman Pashupati SJB Rana met Prime Minister Girija Prasad Koirala at the latter’s residence in Baluwatar today.

At the meeting, Rana reiterated his plea to the PM that there be representation of the RPP in the interim legislature and the interim government, sources said.

Former prime minister Lokendra Bahadur Chand also met Koirala separately. He also discussed the agreement between the SPA and the maoists with the PM .

Rana raised concern over what he said the “deteriorating” law and order situation. “I told the PM that law and order situation should be improved to create a conducive environment for holding constituent assembly polls,” Rana told this daily.
