DHANGADI, MAY 24

The final results of the vote count in Sudurpaschim's 87 local levels have been out so far.

As per the results, Nepali Congress, CPN-UML and CPN-Maoist Centre have won 40, 25 and 14 local levels respectively.

While Nagarik Unmukti Party has bagged three local levels, two have been netted by CPN (Unified Socialist).

Independent candidates have also claimed two local bodies.

Regarding the seats of deputy chief, NC, UML, CPN-MC and CPN-US have won in 46, 23, 11 and three places respectively.

Similarly, Nagarik Unmukti Party has won in three places and one seat has gone to independent candidate.

Final result of Bajura's Budhiganga Municipality is yet to come. Here, Nepali Congress has been seeking a re-election.

The province has a total of 88 local levels in nine districts.

And as per the election results, Nepali Congress has emerged as the largest party with majority wins in the province.
