RPP-N to register different opinion in CA

KATHMANDU: Rastriya Prajatantra Party-Nepal (RPP-N) has decided to register its different opinion in the Constituent Assembly (CA) with commitment to constitutional monarchy and Hindu nation.

A central committee meeting of the party held today made the decision to that effect, party's Assistant General Secretary, Rajaram Shrestha informed.

The meeting also decided to call party's central council meeting by the end of November.

Meanwhile, the party condemned violent activities carried out in course of agitation in Tarai over the issue of delineation of federal units.

The party expressed its concern over the force used by the state at some places of Tarai.

The meeting also formed a committee under the coordination of party Treasurer, Uddav Poudel, to collect financial support for the treatment of General Secretary, Chandra Bahadur Gurung, who is now in the US for treatment.
