KATHMANDU, DECEMBER 28
Central Chairman of the Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP), Rajendra Lingden, has announced that his party will actively participate in the upcoming House of Representatives (HoR) election.
Addressing the RPP Morang District convention in Biratnagar on Sunday, Chairman Lingden stated that the party would not shy away from contesting the election. He urged party leaders and cadres to clearly communicate to the public that the party's agenda includes the preservation of a "Hindu State."
He added, "Ending corruption and promoting good governance are the key objectives of the Gen Z movement." Chairman Lingden also called on all concerned parties, including Gen Z, to hold a roundtable discussion to resolve issues before the election.
Speaking at the convention, leaders including Dhawal Shumsher Rana, Rajendra Gurung, Ram Kumar Subba, and Gopal Katwal encouraged party cadres to reach out to citizens at every doorstep to ensure victory for nationalist forces in the upcoming election.
The district convention will also elect a new leadership.
