KATHMANDU: The National Democratic Women's Union has carried out country-wide protest rallies against increased instances of violence against women including a series of rapes and murder, today.

The Union is the Women's Wing of Rashtriya Prajatantra Party (RPP).

Party chair Kamal Thapa thanked the union for organising the rally and further stated that the entire party stands behind them in this endeavour.

The representatives of the women's wing also submitted memorandums at the District Administration Offices where the protest rallies were carried out.
