Rs 58.24m Indian grant for temple, school

Kathmandu, September 5

Indian Ambassador Ranjit Rae today inaugurated a newly renovated Shree Bala Tripura Sundari Devi Temple in Dolpa district. The Indian government had provided Rs 33.3 million for the renovation of the temple.

Separately, Ambassador Rae also inaugurated a school building of Shree Chandannath Higher Secondary School in Khalanga Bazar, Jumla today. The new building was also built using Indian aid of Rs 24.94 million, the Embassy of India in Kathmandu said in a statement. The temple is located at Tripurakot on the bank Thuli Bheri.
