Sara Beysolow Nyanti appointed as the new UN Resident Coordinator in Nepal
KATHMANDU: Sara Beysolow Nyanti has been designated as the United Nations Resident Coordinator in Nepal.
The United Nations today confirmed Nyanti's appointment, which was approved by Minister of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) Pradeep Gyawali, after reviewing presented credentials of the candidate.
It has been learnt that Sara Beysolow Nyanti has acquired more than 20 years of experience in the faculty, following assignments across the world with the United nations, and externally.
The United Nations Resident Coordinator is the highest-ranking official of the United Nations development system at the country level.
