DADELDHURA:  A victory rally was staged on Tuesday in Dadeldhura district  headquarters Baghkhor after senior Nepali Congress leader Sher Bahadur Deuba was elected party president through the NC's 13th general  convention on Monday night. Dadeldhura is Deuba's home district. The  rally was taken out from Tufandanda of Bagkhor. It took a round of  various parts of the city. Surendra Mali, one of the Deuba's supporters,  said Deuba's victory was the victory of all those loyal to the party.
