Jana Morcha Nepal chairperson and former deputy prime minister Amik Sherchan said today that the third Jana Andolan should be launched to abolish monarchy if CA polls are not held on time.

Speaking at a press meet here, he said: “The parliamentary proceedings were disrupted in order to stall the CA polls.” Police officers are assessing the political situation and the king has also become active, Sherchan said. “The unity of the Leftist forces is essential, but it should not be forged at the cost of the unity of the eight parties.”
