KATHMANDU: Six different bills have been tabled in the House of Representatives meeting today for the implementation of fundamental rights.

In the meeting, Minister for Education, Science and Technology Girirajmani Pokharel tabled the 'Bill on Compulsory and Free Education, 2075' while Minister for Labour, Employment and Social Security Gokarna Bista tabled 'Bill on Right to Employment, 2075'.

Likewise, Minister for Federal Affairs and General Administration Lalbabu Pandit tabled 'Bill on Caste-based Discrimination and Untouchability (Crime and Punishment) First Amendment, 2075' and 'Social Security Bill, 2075'.

Also in the House meeting, Minister for Land Management, Cooperatives and Poverty Alleviation Padma Kumari Aryal tabled the 'Bill Relating to Land (seventh amendment), 2075', and Minister for Home Affairs Ram Bahadur Thapa tabled the 'Bill on Individual Privacy, 2075'.

The HoR meeting will be held at 11:00 am on September 3.
