Kathmandu, September 15:

Speaker of the Parliament Subas Chandra Nembang said on Saturday that the laws on fine-art academy along with language, literature, music and theatre academy have been prepared, but they are yet to be certified.

The Speaker said this while inaugurating a week-long art exhibition organised under the aegis of the Budhanilkantha School and three dozen other schools of the valley in Balmandir on Saturday to raise funds for the flood victims.
