JHAPA: Former Prime Minister and CPN-UML senior leader Jhalanath Khanal has said the new constitution would be delivered at any cost as its draft has already reached to the people nationwide.

In a press meet organised by Press Chautari Nepal at Birtamod of Jhapa today, he said even though some forces were effortful to foil the constitution drafting process, they would never succeed.

Stating that the matter of demarcation of provinces will be finalised after consulting with experts and academics, he promised to give the people democratic constitution along with guarantee of religious freedom and full press freedom soon.
