BIRATNAGAR: Students affiliated to Madhesi Students Front (MSF) on Thursday rubbed soot on the face of campus chief of Mahendra Morang Post-Graduate Campus Harihar Bhandari as they were unhappy with the appointments of teachers. According to Suman Kalikote, vice president of Free Students’ Union, MSF students assaulted the campus chief accusing him of not providing quotas in the recent appointments of teachers.
