Sana Kisan Agriculture Coperative, Dumarwana, helped the family members of those who lost their lives to COVID-19 in Jitpursimara sub-metropolitan in Bara today.

The cooperative has offered Rs 10,000 each to 25 persons under Pandemic Rehabilitation Assistance Programme. The amount was handed over to the dependent members of the deceased at a programme organised in the sub-metropolis today.

The organisation's Chairman Bishownath Lamichhane said family members of the deceased affiliated to the cooperative had received the amount.

Lamichhane said that people from Nijgad Municipality, Jitpursimara Sub-metropolitan City, Kohlbi Municipality and Phatuwa Bijayapur Municipality, Rautahat, had received the relief amount.

The cooperative has also offered Rs 2,000 each to COVIDinfected people. There are around 10,000 members of the cooperative.
