The Supplementary School Leaving Certificate (SLC) Examination is to begin from July 20 to July 27. The Office of the Controller of Examinations said altogether 89,856 candidates, who failed in two subjects at the most in the regular SLC, are sitting for the examinations. Over 170 examination centres have been fixed for the examination with at least one centre in each district. The Office of the Controller of Examinations has requested all the stakeholders to extend support for the smooth conduction of the examination.
