TANAHUN: A woman in her mid 60s died after she was swept away by the Madi River in Tanahun district.

According to Police Inspector at the District Police Office, Tahahun, Bhojraj Pandey, the name and address of the woman have not been ascertained yet.

Locals had informed police after they saw the body floating on the river.
