Mahantha Thakur, President of the Terai-Madhes Democratic Party, said his party would soon be merged with Nepal Sadbhavana Party-(Anandidevi) and Madhesi Janaadhikar Forum. Speaking at a BBC World Service programme here on Tuesday, he said unity talks with these two parties were continuing and the merger would happen soon.

"Efforts are on for working relationships. We will soon launch a decisive agitation," said Thakur. He said that fair and impartial CA election in Tarai was not possible.
