BHOJPUR:  A teenager went missing after he was swept away by the Chatara Canal of Ram Dhuni Bhasi Municipality-7 in Sunsari district on Saturday.

According to the Eastern Regional Police Office, Biratnagar, the missing person has been identified Lagan Rai (15) of Baklauri VDC-3.

Police said that the incident occurred when he ventured into the Canal to take bath.

Police said that they are looking into the case.
