Kathmandu, February 2:

Police have nabbed a teenager, Manish Magar of Manamaiju, along with two swords, a knife and two iron rods. Magar had used the weapons to attack five people including Nagendra Sahani of India, who is running a scraps shop at Manamaiju-5. Magar had attacked them at around 11 am yesterday for not providing donation to him.

Sahani is receiving treatment at Janamaitri Hospital Balaju.

Meanwhile, property worth Rs 1.4 million was looted from three different places. Looters took away property worth Rs 718,000 from the rented apartment of Dipesh Shrestha at Sanepa. Similarly, looters made away with property with Rs 358,000 from the rented room of Prakash Kumar Bhagawat and Rasmi Kumal in Lalitpur yesterday. In yet another incident, a gang looted property worth Rs 188,000 from the house of Soti Sah at Dhobighat of Lalitpur.
