GAIGHAT, FEBRUARY 7
Police arrested three people on the charge of killing an ox for meat in Diktel Rupakot Majhuwagadhi Municipality in Khotang on Monday.
The arrested have been identified as Jaya Ram Tamang, 39, Khagendra Tamang, 35, and Ganesh Tamang, 40, of the municipality.
Police said they were arrested for their involvement in illegal activities. Further investigation into the case is on, said police.
