POKHARA: In recognition of special contribution to change society, The Himalayan Times  Pokhara reporter Rishiram Baral was felicitated at a function in  Pokhara on Monday.  Minister of Information and Communications Sherdhan  Rai felicitated  Baral at a function organised to mark the fifth  anniversary of Pokhara’s  Safalata FM today. Litterateur Tej Nath  Ghimire, woman entrepreneur Ram  Kala Khadka, tourism entrepreneur Kisan  Gurung and Bishwonath Parajuli  were also felicitated on the occasion.
