BHAKTAPUR: The police have arrested a Tibetan national Nawang Chhiring from the Tribhuvan International Airport. Chhiring has taken citizenship certificate and passport from the District Administration Office Bhaktapur by submitting fake details. Chhering who has been residing at Timpul Dhyagul VDC-3 of Sindhupalchowk district received citizenship certificate on December 3, 2006, furnishing fake details that he is a permanent resident of Bhaktapur district, Nagarkot VDC-5.
