KATHMANDU: Due to a bandh organised by Tamsaling Joint Struggle Committee (TJSC), the transportation in Rasuwa and Nuwakot has been completely halted on Monday. The passengers have been stranded on the way as TJSC activists stopped vehicles from early morning. Earlier on Sunday, TJSC had declared to launch fresh protest programmes to pressure the government to implement their 19-point agreement signed between the TJSC and the Maoist-led government. They have also called an indefinite Kathmandu valley bandh starting August 17 if the government failed to address their demands.
