BIRATNAGAR: Minister for Communications and Information Technology Gokul Prasad Banskota said that time has not come to make negative comments on budget which he termed was presented for 'Prosperous Nepal, Happy Nepali'.

At a press-meet organized by Federation of Nepali Journalists (FNJ) Morang chapter in Biratnagar today, Minister Banskota said this government was firmly attached to democratic movement since the government was formed after the struggle against totalitarianism.

Minister Banskota said those violating the laws in the name of freedom would be booked, adding that the media should be decent, systematic and lively adding the government would take strong steps against corruption in order to maintain good governance.
