DHADING: A bride was killed when a jeep ferrying a wedding procession met with an accident at Machedi River in Baireni-8 on Friday. The deceased bride has been identified as Kabita Tamang. She lost her life while being rushed to Kathmandu. The vehicle was returning to Dasharathpur from Pakhure of Kiranchowk-2, police said. The tragic incident left 31 persons, including the bridegroom, injured. Condition of seven others is said to be critical. The jeep was overloaded.
