Two arrested for raping woman with speech impairment
SAPTARI: Police have arrested two men on charges of gang-raping a 20-year-old woman on Saturday.
The arrestees have been identified as Bhim Mukhiya and Bharat Mukhiya of Kanchanrup Municipality-5.
According to police, the accused lured the woman with speech impairment on Friday night into Koshi-Tappu Wildlife Reserve and raped her in turns.
