GAIGHAT:  Two youths were arrested in possession of brown sugar from Gaighat  bazaar of Udaypur on Wednesday night.  The accused have been identified  as Rajendra Rai, 30, and Tilak Bahadur Khadka, 30, of Rampur VDC.  According to DSP Surendra Gurung, 30 grams brown sugar was confiscated  from their bodies in course of the search.
