Two persons died after the motorcycle they were travelling on plunged from a bridge in Mahagadimai Municipality-8 of Bara district on Sunday.
According to police, the motorbike (Province 02-03-004Pa. 7934) was traveling from Bariyapur to Langada Chowk when it drove off the Thalahi Bridge at 10:30 p.m. yesterday, injuring both the rider and the pillion rider.
The deceased have been identified as Biru Lal Yadav (35) of Subarna Rural Municipality-7 and Mewachandra Ray Yadav (30) from Indian State of Bihar.
The injured duo was rushed to Kalaiya hospital where they both succumbed to their injuries during the course of treatment the same night, informed Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Rajesh Thapa, at the District Police Office, Bara.
