Two killed in mishap
GULMI: Two persons were killed and one injured when a tractor met with an accident at Dharpani of Badagaun VDC on Sunday night. According to the District Police Office, driver Prem Mukhiya, 27, of Amarpur VDC and helper Himal Magar, 25, of Arkha VDC, both Pyuthan district, lost their lives in the accident. They succumbed to injuries while undergoing treatment at Gulmi District Hospital. Critically injured Durga Rana of Arkha VDC of the district has been undergoing treatment at the hospital, the police said. The tractor ferrying wood from Nistakhola to Musikot, had skidded 30 meters off the road due to brake failure.
