POKHARA: Two persons were killed after a tractor skidded off the road and fell some 150 metres down at Chandichara in  Annapurna Rural Municipality-4 in Kaski district on Friday.

Kaski District Police Office identified the deceased as 18-year-old Ajaya Gurung and 52-year-old Ram Singh Nepali of Bhadaure in Annapurna Rural Municipality-4 in the district.

The bodies have been sent to Pokhara-based Western Regional Hospital for autopsy according to police.

Meanwhile, the driver is at large and police have impounded the vehicle for further investigation.
